The farmhouse, set in private grounds, has superb views of the Chateau, river and is South facing. Its position enables you to amble into the village across the bridge in a couple of minutes. If you want to partake of the local hospitable amenities and not have to drive home in the evening - then this is the ideal house for you. For the keen angler there is good fishing to be found close by in the River Vie.

The house has 3 large separate double Bedrooms, two with double beds and the other has 2 single beds. A large, well-equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc. Lounge/Dining room with comfortable seating, large dining table and chairs, CD player, English TV and VCR (so why not bring a few of your favourite videos), wood burning stove and French windows leading to the garden. Shower room with separate toilet.

The large sunny garden has a BBQ area and a pergola offering shade from the midday sun. BBQ and garden furniture are supplied. The property is approached via a private drive with plenty of parking.

Price includes gas and electricity, beds are supplied with duvets and English pillows but bed linen is not provided.
